The NECI9-1-1 Online Academy National Certification Courses certifies students in various emergency communications disciplines and prepares them for their daily job duties.Online Academy courses are fully online and consist of video learning modules, quizzes for each module, and a final exam. Students who complete every video module, pass each quiz, and pass the final exam receive a certificate that meets national standards. The course system will automatically issue the 9-1-1 Officer certificate for students to print immediately upon passing the final exam.

Basic 9-1-1 Communications Officer ONLINE Course
This 40-hour, ONLINE national certification course provides employees with the basic knowledge, skills, and experience to understand the functional operation of an emergency communications system, and their role and responsibilities within the emergency communications system.
This course does not require an on-site NEC911 Certified Instructor to teach or test the student.
